After a successful first season, the MaPlage system is back in service for the 2022 season.

Winner of the Call for Ideas "Innovation Beaches" launched by the New Aquitaine Development and Innovation Agency, MaPlage.info contributes to the attractiveness of territories by informing tourists and inhabitants of coastal and lake destinations in the state of the beaches.

New destinations are joining the MaPlage.info network!

After the Community of municipalities of the Island of Oléron and the town halls of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Brétignolles-sur-Mer, new destinations are joining the MaPlage.info network!

This season, the Tourist Office of the Pays de Saint Jean de Monts will distribute the “beach” data collected by the lifeguards of the town halls of Saint Jean de Monts, Notre Dame de Monts and Barre de Monts.

New features are coming in 2022!

In addition to the water temperature, the color of the flag and the crowds on the beach, collectors of “beach” data will now be able to qualify the quality of bathing water in order to better inform tourists and locals. the state of their beach.

Good news for data collectors and broadcasters! An interface between the business application and the Tourist Information Systems (SIT) will make it possible to enter all the “beach” information only once, which will be broadcast in real time.

🏖 A review for 2021?

For its inaugural season in 2021, MaPlage.info was rolled out to 3 pilot territories who participated exclusively in the collection and dissemination of "beach" data on their territory!
The device gathered in total 27 collectors, 5 diffusers and allowed the processing of no less than 9720 data !

MaPlage.info has also been noticed at several fairs and meetings: in Agen for the National Congress of the ADN Tourisme Federation, in Mandelieu-la-Napoule for the #CM On The Beach fair, in Valras Plage for the Atelier Bleu Flag of the CRT Occitanie, and in Pau for the 17th eTourism Meetings.
